About

I am a UX designer, and I also handle direction, aiming to create intuitive and engaging experiences. I strongly believe that things can always be made simpler than we think.

Story of my life

“What do you want to do?”

I hated being asked that question.

When I was in high school,

I lost my mother to cancer,

and that became the reason I chose the path of medicine.

Whenever she received treatment,

her symptoms would ease for a while,

but fundamentally, she never got better.

That is why I wanted to change the way medicine works today.

So I entered a medical university,

but once I was there,

I realized that what I truly sought was not Western medicine,

but Eastern medicine.

I could have continued on the path of Western medicine.

But my heart was saying, “No.”

So I chose to take a leave of absence from the university.

After that, not knowing what I was aiming for,

I went through days of deep mental struggle.

Then one day, the word “India”

began to resonate within me more strongly than ever before.

It felt as if I were being called,

as if I were being guided—

and so I went to India.

What I encountered there was a world unlike anything I had ever experienced.

It shattered the assumptions I had grown up with in Japan—

in the best possible way.

India taught me:

To value love.

To value people.

To value the present moment.

And to listen to the voice of the heart.

These are things Japan once cherished as well.

But in recent times, perhaps they have begun to fade.

I felt that Japan today needs the vibration of India.

Because above all, it was in India that I myself was liberated.

Now, my direction is clear.

I want to do something

that will make the Earth and the universe rejoice—

even 500 years from now.

And to achieve that,

I believe from the bottom of my heart

that it is essential to connect India and Japan.
